Love that chicken from Popeyes (in my commercial voice)
It's fine but higher priced due to the lower west side location.
Good food and customer service. You can dine in on the first and second floor.
Like the other review state the customer service here is HORRIBLE ! Down to the manager . So disrespectful and rude. I walk in... just to purchase some sauce, no hello anything a woman with a gray shirt said I?m not taking orders until I find my phone .That?s the most disrespectful thing you can do to a paying customer. This girl comes to take my order 27 cents for sauce I gaveher 30cents then takes it gives me no change. I ask her can I have my change and now the manager is back I guess she found herphone and said yes give her 3 cents. Listen idc if it was one penny I work for my money give it to me. She is the only female Ihave seen in there with a gray shirt but all the other male managers are wonderful truly. Wow, what a difference a few weeks make. The chicken tenders have gone down to half the size, almost the size of nuggets and... the portion of chicken inside the sandwich is pathetically small. It was exactly the opposite 2 weeks ago when theyopened. They made a good 1st impression but that's done. Won't be back. Read more
Grand opening of new Popeyes on West 4th. Used to be old an Duane Reade years back. Redeemed one of the offers via the app... without issue in-store. Staff was nice and friendly. Fast service. Food was nice and fresh as I got fries, tenders, cole slawand two biscuits. I didn't get to see how it looked upstairs though. Read more
Totally love this Popeyes location. There is an ample of seating available. I love the interior.
