Was told that they were out of variety of pieces. She told me that there were only thighs when u asked for kegs and thighs.... Understanding, I said fine. When I opened the box. There were two tiny thighs, one decent thigh, the smallest, dryers breastever and the tiniest wing ever ( I don?t eat wings or breast-let alone mutated ones). You know for a place that?s so expensive you?d except your food to be hot - and at the very least - warm. The last time i... ordered Mac and cheese it literally came in a ball it was scooped up in and was cold and rubbery. The chicken tenders i gotwere borderline soft and cold - and they NEVER have buttermilk ranch. Idk who runs the kitchen but y?all could atleast TRY????- also Everytime i order for my coworkers in bulk they ALWAYS forget something, anything. Atleast the chicken is goodsometimes. Read more
I just finished eating the shrimp box combo meal. This meal comes with fries and a drink. The shrimps and fries were cooked to... perfection. Very special thank you to the Popeye staff for the dedicated hard work. By the way, the dining room is finally backopen for business. Everyone is welcome to dine in at the facilities. Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered around $40 worth of food, and they gave me absolutely nothing that I... ordered. On top of that, everything was cold, and the chicken looked like it had been under a light all day. I called to letthem know of the error and see what could be done, and the person working there was so rude that now I'm considering corporate.My family and friends were frequent customers here, and now I'll be advising everyone to take their business elsewhere. Came here to get an order. My order was messed up three times. The place was very over crowded and took forever. I live two... blocks away and the bread from my chicken sandwiches were soggy when I opened them. Also, after getting home, I noticed my orderwas still messed up for the fourth time. No sauce was added to my bag after I requested it three times. This place is fairly newand I was excited to go and now I will never return. Horrible workers!!!! Read more
I just bought the $6 box. I got all the way home and One of my pieces were old like it's been sitting there and the other one... was not done. I've tried to call but no one is answering the phone. Keeps going to voice mail saying they can't answer thephone. Smh I'm done with Popeyes one Dyckman. Read more
