We ordered chicken from here the chicken was cold the biscuits was hard as rocks and we spent $75 and they did not even give us... our first order which was the two five piece tender meal when I called back they told me that I was lying and I called corporateon them to let them know that I did not receive my order and that my order was wrong. I would not recommend this Popeyes toanyone the lady in there was really rude and nasty. I want to be contact by the store owner or the GM of the store... I didnt even get to pay for my order because my mobile pay was... not working on my phone and I didn't have my credit card on me. Instead of your rude Manager, working on 10/27/22 @ 6pm, beingunderstanding as I asked the cashier if she could put my order to the side while I ran inside the bank to get cash or got my tappay to work, he's screaming at me saying you've been here for 25min we have other customers, you can't stand here, as if Iwasn't about to spend money... I have spent money in this particular Popeyes multiple times and the servic is always slow, Ihave to wait 20 min or more to even place an order and I have always been understanding. You would think that as a customer Iwould get the same courtesy, but your rude manager has turned me away from this location... Chicken sandwich came with MOLDED bread. I completely lost my appetite. I called to ask for a refund and the manager told me he... could only replace my order. I went in and asked for a refund again but was given SO many excuses. One of the employees had theaudacity to say that it?s only molded on the bread and the chicken is fine. I was told I could only get a refund for thesandwich since that was the only thing that was wrong with my order. I lost my appetite for the entire meal because if mysandwich had mold that says a lot to how poorly the restaurant must be handling the rest of their food. I was then told I neededa receipt and I didn?t have one (my mistake) but then I gladly showed them my Chase bank statement and the employee told me thatI needed the drinks (which I left at home) I told her I could go home to retrieve them but then she ultimately said I can onlyget a refund on the sandwich. Popeyes is my favourite among fastfood restaurants, reminding me of New Orleans. There are some Popeyes restaurants in New York.... This one on 125th street has a lot of atmosphere, often packed with people. The people working there are nice. I tend to order a3 or 4 piece combo with red beans and rice on the side. This time the chicken was a bit too dry, but the beans were perfect. Read more
This place is just really NOT it..... Service is ANNOYINGLY SNAILY SLOW You're giving customers classic chicken sandwiches of... which that have been clearly sitting around for HOURS.... THE MANAGEMENT Is the lowest of the LOW level. I get that you run anestablishment in BLACK Harlem and you don't care about us BLACKS.
