The ordering area was really warm so it is best to sit close to the door which there is 3 bar style seats. There are 3 other... tables near the ordering counter. Food is consistent and no different than any poke bowl place. Water cups were tiny. This isa casual restaurant place so no surprise to lukewarm service. On a Saturday night it was one person working the front ( frommaking the bowl to cashier) so there was a wait time. They have chicken so could be a good choice for people that don't wantfish. DON?T GO THERE! 1. They will REQUIRE download their APP before you order. Wait time for 1 customer is 15 min. Super tiny portion... for $20. 2. Food tastes so-so. 2 out 5. 3. Wrong address! I came in yesterday with a group of 10. The staff was helpful and moved a large crowd through at a brisk pace. There was a... wonderful woman working the register who was very kind and friendly and left us all with a great feeling. I'm sorry I can'tremember her name, but she's awesome! The food tasted great. I love Pokeworks! I put 4 stars because the staff in this location is not as friendly as the one in 37th street. Less food and... less smiles. I wonder why? The place is clean, nice location, food is tasty and fresh. Read more
