If you dont want to ruin your dinner i would stay away from this location. They hired below average employees who do not want to... do their job. I placed a order, it never came and they never refunded me. They do mot pick up the phone. They know exactly whatthey are doing. I already contacted better business to shut this place down! Read more
Wow I don?t even know where to start I order at 4:16pm!!! On Tuesday 18 2022 right , it says online it will take up to 25-35... minutes why my order gets here at 6:10pm!!! I?m highly disappointed i only ordered 1 big dinner box with 3 pizza , I live 2blocks away I?m just frustrated with the lack of care here ! Please do better you guys just opened and also the delivery mansaid it?s against pizza hut policy to drop at door I?ve never heard of that I?m just mad all around literally 0 stars if you askme . Pizza quality was great! I got what was expected from a pizza hut pizza. What needs to be better is customer service and long... wait, but since it's been opened for a week, I can see why there is a struggle, definitely something that can be fixed in thefollowing weeks. Pizza Hut just opened in Washington Heights in a brand new building that was constructed a year ago. Tiny reception area. No... real seating area. The pizza is a bit pricey considering Dominos is 1 block away at half the price but people didn't seem tocare because the place is busy. Read more
HORRIBLE!!!!! I don?t understand how this Pizza Hut is NEW and the service is disgusting!!!!! I ordered a personal pizza and 2 ... BREADSTICKS . So happy there?s finally a Pizza Hut in Manhattan again! I just hope they expand again to add more in the near future. Anyways... great spot in Upper Manhattan. My advice is to order online for pickup instead of ordering on the spot in person as it can getcrowded at times. Also no seating area to eat sadly since the place is small. But yeah hope this Pizza Hut will be around for along time. Definitely will be my go-to stop whenever I crave it. Also hope their service gets better in terms of people orderingfor delivery. Keep it mind, it?s new so you gotta be hopeful that it?ll pick up. Read more
