I love a place that doesn't skimp on the portions. Such an inviting, traditional Italian spot in the West Village. The meatballs... are huge and absolutely delicious. And the pasta dishes are great. The owners were incredibly nice too! Read more

We wanted to love this place. Even though it was quite hot inside, the setting is charming and the staff try hard. That said,... they admitted to cooking without salt and noted there are too many health concerns to salt their dishes during preparation. Most restaurants worth their weight will season your food appropriately. If customers do not want salt, they can ask whenordering, which is easy enough to accommodate. The only really off-putting thing was when we raised that point, we werebasically told how wrong we were and that only when preparing food as home can we expect seasoning to our liking. Read more

Wow. The atmosphere is super cozy, the neighborhood is so cool, the owners are the servers and cook and extremely welcoming and... nice. The food is magnificent. The clams are the best. Use the bread for the sauce. The meatballs are ginormous. It’snot all about the size. They are tender and the flavor is Devine. This place will become a regular for me and my family. Read more

Piccolo Angolo one of my favorite spots for their spaghetti and meatballs. Tonight we went with the veal ossobucco, beef... carpacio and baby arugula salad. All in all a good meal but I feel like something is lacking, it is just not the same taking outthe food, it is much better of an experience to dine in but the current situation prevents us from doing so. Can't wait to sitdown at this wonderful restaurant again. Read more
