Popped in here for lunch on a Sunday after walking up though the park. We had a margarita pizza and an omelet. My partner... enjoyed his omelet. But I think the pizza might be the best I have ever had. Bonus that the staff are lovely and the toilets arevery clean. Read more

If you can make it for the Weekend Brunch (12-4pm) by all means do so. The Steak & Eggs were well presented and tasty. The... service was excellent. They also have a cocktail called COVID Vaccine (the FDA may not have given it Emergency Use Authorizationbut I did for myself). With fine desserts like Panna Cotta and Wood Fired Pizza available, children can enjoy coming here asmuch as adults. Read more
This place was a beautiful surprise. While passing the upper west side in nyc, I found thus beautiful place. It’s quaint,... lightly decorated and feels like a perfect getaway. The food comes out quickly, tastes fresh and flavorful plus are made withthe finest ingredients. The staff collectively and individually are attentive and pleasant. Ortomare surprised me, was totally expecting middle of the road Italian and it turned out to be quite good! Got the Manhattan... Valley cocktail to get things started, was a bit on the sweet side but not too shabby. For appz, we got the burata and thecalamari, both of which were good. For my main, I got the special white pizza with gorgonzola, pears, and walnuts. It wasdelicious! I was very happy with it. Had a glass of Nero d'Avola with it which was also quite good. For dessert, got theaffogato, the ice cream and espresso were also delicious! Staff were super friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Would defreturn, wanna try their Spaghetti Carbonara. It has a brick oven for the best pizza. The mozzarella was is fresh and chicken Parmesan to die for! Service was impeccable and... owner kind and friendly. A wonderful wine selection too! Don't pass it by! Read more
