Great modern takes on classic middle eastern street food. The branched, chipotle style menu makes for quick and easy... customization. The shawarmas are on real vertical broilers and the falafel is crispy and spiced correctly. The fries are crispand the combo prices are amazing. You can feed two people well for under $20 here. Catering is available as well. Read more

I tried the falafel bowl. Quick service, and plenty of available tables for dining in. The falafel tasted pretty good, crispy on... the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside. The tahini sauce was also pretty solid. The hummus was also tasty, no complaintsfrom me. Overall this is a pretty good meal, but quite expensive for 15$. Read more

Oh I loved the Chicken shawarma, a perfect snack midday! Definitely will go back to try the other bowls. The place is pretty big... to just sit and enjoy your food while you work!! Service is quiet fast and the staff is very welcoming(: prices are prettyreasonable. Read more

I shoulda known. A falafel restaurant that starts anywhere in the middle east has potential. Anywhere except Dubai. Dubai is... where culinary authenticity goes to die. And where this place was born. Clue 2 "freshly baked pitas ". Every pita ever made onthis planet was freshly baked. Second only to "oven-baked" as the catch cry of those with a Ph.D. in the bloody obvious. Minewas freshly baked "earlier". As you can see, the result is as limp as can be, just short of disintegrating on impact. The presmashed falafel have not been cooked to order, but are relatively unscathed by the wait. The rest of the ingredients have beenall but mascerted into a melange of cultural disrespect. It all falls into place with the drinks on offer. 5 different drinks, provided by those champions of Middle Eastern culture; coca-cola. This chain needs a go fund me page, so it can return to Dubai. For being a franchise, they have really good quality and tasty food and good prices. The box design they use for the 2 pita is... very nice, so I wanted to document an unboxing. Rice pudding was tasty too. I'm a big fan of cinnamon, and the top layer wasvery nice. Wish maybe they also had more on the bottom. But overall, very tasty. Read more

So much disappointed. I don?t know by which standards people are reviewing here, but their beef sandwich has no taste, they just... tried to fill the pita with cabbage and other vegetables to cover the taste, the chicken sandwich was no better, the onlyaverage thing was their falafel. I took the the 2 sandwich combo. Beef sandwich: 1/10 Chicken sandwich: 2/10 Falafel:5/10 Design and packaging: 9/10 I found it original. Read more

Operation: Falafel is amazing! The restaurant was very clean (as was the very nice bathroom)! The atmosphere was nice and the... service was top notch! Everyone was very friendly and quick to help us. We had the shawarma chicken bowl, the pita pair withchicken, some falafels and hummus. Portion sizes were plentiful. Everything tasted amazing and was so fresh! You could taste thedifferent herbs, spices and citrus flavors throughout the meal. The sauces were flavorful and everything had a very clean tasteto it! This will be a regular stop every time we?re in town. Highly recommend! ???? Read more
