This place was great. Staff is very attentive. The atmosphere reminds me of Olde City where I use to live and the cheese steak... tasted just like in Philadelphia. This is the only place I\'ve been able to say that about in New York. Read more

I’m always looking for a good cheesesteak in NYC. Finally found a good option at Olde City. Also very much enjoyed their... Italian fries.\nIt’s a good place to watch sports and NFL games (they have Sunday Ticket and show all the games). It’s alsoan Eagles bar and Penn State bar for anyone looking to watch those teams.\nThe service was really good when I was there. I wouldrecommend to anyone in the area. I’ll definitely be back. Had a blast at the opening Eagles game at this place! The cheesesteaks are on point and they offer many other food and drink... options including an extensive beer list and fancy cocktails. There are plenty of TV\'s to watch the games here.\n\nI had thecheesesteak with provolone, fried onions, cherry peppers, and garlic aioli ... with a bloody mary which was also great! Read more

Stumbled upon this bar when shopping at the other side of the street. The neon sign „cheesesteak“ catched me :) We had the... cheesesteaks and the buttered onion rings. Both where great. Also the vibe is very chilled and the staff is friendly andcompetent. It seamed that many regular visitors where there. Always a good sign imho. We liked it very much. Read more

Had to try this spot out. Was fan of Shorty\'s, but this place is even better. Started off with some cocktails. I got the Poison... Ivy which was a gin cocktail and a punch drink that tasted like rum punch. I forgot the name, but it was good. We started offwith their beer battered onion rings which come with garlic aioli. We also got the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which are servedwith queso. Both were a great start to the meal. After that we got into the sandwiches. We had to get the OG cheesesteak withwhiz which was delicious. We also got the roast pork special with broccoli rabe and cooper sharp cheese and the Italian hoagiewhich was loaded with and mortadella, genoa salami, capicola, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato and onion. We also triedtheir garlic battered cheddar bites and their Italian fries. Not quite sure why they are called Italian fries, maybe becausethey\'re delicious (and seasoned with Italian seasonings and parmesan cheese). They also have wings with housemade buffalo saucethat we tried as well. Everything was really good and the place had a chill vibe. Throwback songs were playing and they have abunch of TVs to watch sports if you\'re into that. Overall, it was a good time and I\'d go back. Read more
