A truly exceptional steakhouse, with a unique menu, fantastic portion sizes and incredible flavor profiles. The bone marrow,... Kobe Tartar and Tandoori octopus starters were all terrific. The scallops, NY strip aged in beeswax, and the venison weresublime, but the chefs special Wagyu was the most succulent, insanely delicious, smoky melt in your mouth greatness, that willbe difficult to top. Quite possibly the most unique yet modern steakhouse in the area. I'm used to your usual cookie-cutter steakhouse but this fine... dining experience provided enhanced presentations of food, a tableside salad cart, and some of the most meticulously sourced A5meats (I had the Hokkaido snow-beef, it's amazing). This new addition to the area located in the sparkling new Hard Rock Hotelchanged my view on what a steakhouse should be... a trend setter not follower.
