I used to go to the boutique store to be able to try the coffee before I bought it. I just went there and found out that they no... longer let you try them! How do they expect someone to know how to decide what coffee to buy? They offer many differentvarieties but what?s the point if you can?t sample them? For that matter why even have a store? I always go on the weekend, which means it?s busy, but never had a bad experience here. The team is so nice, willing to answer... questions and give their recommendations based on what I?ve enjoyed in the past. This place's staff are like the coffee they sell and serve, hot and cold. Some days they're nice and welcoming, other days they... make you wish you bought a Keurig... the management needs to hire someone to work the coffee stand while other staff help peoplepurchase pods/capsules/machines. from Elisabetta Dessy: I think I had the worst experience ever in this Espresso Store. Everyone was rude and unpolite,... especially the guy a the door. No customer care at all ( the only nice persone is the girl at the bar who offers you a coffee ifyou want). Infinite queues also with 3 simple customers...
