It seems like every time I go into the store the experience gets worse. I waited 15 minutes to just buy two sleeves of coffee,... and there was only one person ahead of me in line. no acknowledgment or recognition on the staff?s part of the absurd wait timejust to buy some pods. I recommend the uptown Nespresso on Madison, significantly better experience every time. Read more
Terrible service! I have been coming to this store for 8 years and it?s never been this bad. The sales associate was distracted,... she asked me twice for my number, my name, the selection I wanted, and even tho I said I don?t want a bag, she still reached outfor a bag. Horrible!! Read more

It was just an overall nice experience coming here. Beautiful aesthetics, nice staff, and they even were offering a free shot of... espresso at the time. Also what was nice about this coffee place in comparison to others is that, ?fun fact? many places put thesame amount of coffee/espresso in a medium and large, but here they actually do give you more coffee/espresso in a large. If you want to try something new - you are welcome! A lot of choices of different coffee. I choose Mexican one and I wasn't... being happy. Next time I will try something different. ;) They don't have a cafe - just coffee to go. Read more
Beautiful store, i like coming here, it?s usually a good experience, but sometimes the staff is not the nicest :)that?s my only... complain. They usually have an espresso served on a s?mores cone which is pricey but it?s awesome, this time they didn?t haveit, so i tried the australian summer special, was decent. Read more
