Dined-in today. The food is delicious and affordable. Char siew dishes tasted great! However, I have to agree with some of the... reviews regarding their customer service, absolutely horrifying experience. They do not let customers tip at their discretionand they harassed me into giving more tips despite their lack of service, with whatever minimal service they provided lackingthe kind of service you would tip for at any typical restaurant, and their overuse of plastic containers (yes, everything wasplastic plastic plastic, did not feel good about the crazy amount of waste that I contributed just for one simplemeal.) Overall, 3 stars just for the good food. There are lots of other similar restaurants nearby to choose from that mightmake better choices on how they run their businesses. Read more
Their food here is a little better than before but something still need to improve. Like: I used to buy rice noddle there but... get congee from 28 Bowery?s noodle town. (Noodle town?s food much better)Because I found ???don?t know how to make the simplecongee like ???????supposed At least have fish, jelly fish, duck meat or pork n ground beef but they only having little saltypork n squid.
