I had high hopes but my friends and I did not enjoy the food or the drinks. My drink was personally fine (stairway to heaven),... but my friends did not enjoy their drinks at all (too syrupy, too strong). The food (korean fried chicken) was also okay. Itwasn’t as crispy as it should have been and the flavor was okay. The animal style fries were gas tho. Food also took forever(I think some issue w the ticket machine), but they gave us a shot to compensate which was nice of them. Read more
We came to Ms Yoo knowing that the Iron Chef winner Esther Choi is one of the owners of this cocktail bar. And this place did... not disappoint at all. Carefully curated cocktail menu and the cocktails were amazing. The food was delicious. Although I forgotto take a pic, the kimchi fried rice is a MUST but everything else we tried which included the fried chicken and pork buns wereso delicious. The presentation of the food and drinks were spectacular. Everything was so inviting. It was a wonderfulexperience. Perfect for date night! Reservations highly recommended as it does get crowded after 8pm. The staff was so friendlyand accommodating. Next time we will go there later to experience the night life. We went to drinks during the happy hour and had a great time. We're big cocktail fans, and the mulberry cocktail was the best we... had in a long time. Just wonderful! The naked rage cocktail was not great. We accompanied the drinks with the loaded fries whichrealy hit the spot. Read more
We had a reservation and due to traffic we got their late and we were still taken care of. I didn't catch the bartenders names... but they were all amazing. The drinks were off the hook and the food off the hook (Korean fried chicken ???? and kimchi fries????) . My friends and I had some crazy girl steal food off our plate ???????????? lol not something I'd hold against therestaurant... Definitely going back. Read more
Made a dinner reservation at Ms Yoo after following Chef Esther Choi's career from afar. The vibe of the room is lovely, LOUD,... and full of hip influencers. Our server was attentive despite a packed room and extremely friendly. Drinks are delightful anddeadly, especially the Between the Knees, a syrupy sweet strawberries and gin cocktail. Food was solid, though not impressive.The brussels sprouts were tasty, the chicken sandwich moist but lacking any flavor, the pork belly bao was also yummy butnothing special or worth a return. The one stand out was the birria tacos with kimchi jus. They were hot, spicy, and absolutelydelicious. If you love shrimp, you have to try their shrimp burger- it was DELICIOUS!! The service was also amazing, some of the best... service I've ever received, period. The team was extremely attentive and quite generous with our group (we were 8 in total). Wewere celebrating a friend's birthday and they gave us soju shots on the house. The manager, Julio, came out and joined us- hewas so kind and fun. It was an wonderful experience all round. Certainly going back and recommending Ms. Yoo for larger groups!! Read more
Celebrated my nieces birthday at Ms. Yoo with family & friends last night and we all enjoyed the food, drinks and amazing... service from the staff! From the starters, we ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and everyone loved them so much we orderedanother round of each (soy garlic, chili and spicy!) For our Main Entrees we had a mix of the Ms Yoo Burger, Sizzling StoneBibimbap, and Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice & the presentation was quite impressive and decadent! The food was AMAZING! I loved the decor, the staff was so kind and helpful. Very fun, they talked with us all night and we had... soju. We even got food to go.
