The delivery man forced me to tip. He showed me a receipt saying I agreed to a cash tip via GrubHub when I didn't and he would... not give me my food until I tipped in cash. I instead tipped on the app so there would be a record of it. He then had me signthe receipt before taking it back to the restaurant where I was charged a second tip. Luckily, GH customer service was able toassist and get my money back within minutes. Sushi here is 10/10. Salmon tastes super fresh, everything extremely tasty but the way I got my philadelphia roll was not... acceptable. I don’t like cucumbers, so I ordered the philadelphia without cucumbers but the WHOLE roll was cream cheese. I paylots of money for sushi, and seeing the stinginess in this roll got me upset. Dropped in since it was just around the corner from where we stayed We chose to dine in although I’d say 90% of their... business is take out. We ordered Gyoza, onion soup, phoenix roll & rock n roll. We got our food quickly. Everything wasgreat! Fresh, flavorful, and beautiful presentation. The dining environment was a little sketchy at first since they literallyhave take out cartons everywhere and it’s small. My friend and I went there to celebrate our birthday. We ordered Miso soup and sushi rolls, when we received the soup both of... our soups were in a plastic container and a disposable spoon (pictures attached). How are you going to serve soup like that tosomeone who’s eating at your restaurant at the table. Will not be going back. Read more
