Oddly enough this is the CLEANEST mcdonalds I've ever seen. They're pretty quick with breakfast orders even during rush hour.... Like anywhere in Times Square, there's going to be homeless inside or lingering around outside. But sometimes there's a securityguard to get them out. The restroom is small but so is the space so that is expected. The staff was also friendly which isn'tcommon. It's mostly a tourist spot but still a quick place to grab food. Read more

I visited this McDonald's at the end of July. The service was ok but the manager on duty was very unprofessional. I got my food... and I sat down at a table near the front door. Soon after the restaurant became very busy. I then noticed the Manager posted upin the front window/door staring at all the women coming in and out. I mean I know men are going to be men but he was just standing there licking his lips and staring at all these women and it was very noticeable. Instead of being posted up in thewindow he should of been back there helping his crew get the orders out to everyone. Read more
It's McDonald's. My friend and I watched a movie nearby opening night and this was one of the few spots open 11:00pm at night.... Only the lower seating was available at the time, but even that was closed at midnight. Since we were already dining, the stafflet us finish our food 5-10 minutes past the closing of the dining area - it was extremely sweet of them and i appreciate it. Had to buy something to get the code for the bathroom. The place was packed!! Orders were not processed efficiently!! ... After waiting a good 30 min, the person never came out so I could use it and the Sprite we ordered turned out to be seltzer!! #$@% Read more
Seems like an older outlet, there was no atmosphere inside - no pictures on the walls or any colour really. The food was luke... warm and the coffee was absolutely awful. Read more
