getting hooked on mcd's tall iced coffees. have had several. but the last one was AWFUL. almost white in color and cloyingly... sweet. sounds like someone doubled up on the half 'n half and sugar. totally undrinkable. had to throw out. what a waste of mytime and money. can't a robot make these drinks to prevent human error? this Mickey Ds is a-okay. it's in Union Square, has touchscreen kiosks and seating, preordering by app works well, and serves a... fast food menu with consistent results. not sure why this location gets so much hate ?adjust your expectations people?it?s fastfood not fine dining. people love being chumps on purpose. occasionally i get fries here after a run or post-working out...bcuzyeah I'm that kinda person...stay mad bc the french fries taste great and aren't as salty as your tears. Went here for fries and McFlurry late at night. The service was good, the fries were fresh-ish, and the place was clean-ish. The... receipt printer on the ordering screen was broken so I didn't know my order number, but I just let the people know what Iordered and so I got my food. Read more
It's gotten a bit better however, they aren't organized for busy lines even though they are in a busy spot. I wanted in line for... over 10 minutes just for 2 cheeseburgers and the manager tried telling me it was only a minute but looking at his screen I seenmy order say 640 secs and mind you these seconds are going up to the 100ths not by regular minutes. So first thing first, The workers are SUPER IMPATIENCE with their customers. I went in there to oder with my husband and the guy... behind the counter got very impatient with us. We were discussing our oder that's all. But since we felt uncomfortable we wentto the machine to order our food. As we're waiting my husband decided to get something else, BUT the Manger which is the ladyI'm guessing got rude with him as she was taking care of another customer also rudely... McDonald workers have no respect fortheir customers.!!! It's very sad. I understand everyone has bad days but you keep it professional. This location was extremely overcrowded at the time of visit. Worker yelled at me when I asked if the order is ready, and then... again when I asked for the source when they forgot to give me 1 with my order. Access to the restrooms was blocked by yellowtape. Definitely won't come back Read more
