Broken front window, doors on both sides of building doesn?t work. Mobile order apps are not taken first, employees hanging... around on the phone ignoring you as you knock on the window. Just want to make sure my machiatto doesn?t get messed up and haveto ask them to re do. Machiatto machine usually broken. Very poor customer service and not quick order even if do it on the app.Waited around for 15 min for them to end up saying the machine is down. Disappointing, it?s 5:30 am and can?t get a freshcoffee, unreliable! Read more
A McDonald's we stopped by near Anime NYC. Standard McDonald's fare and good service.
Lazy and unprofessional staff. Conveniently ignoring any order which require a bit of effort. Waited for 30 minutes and have to... escalate to get my number which was sitting there as staff don?t want handle big order. Such a shame. Read more
We were just popping in for a quick bite and it was crowded and in the too small of a restaurant, it was like people piling up... on people. By the time we get to the register and place our order that cashier was totally professional and the kitchen got ourorder quickly. But the biggest gripe is that again this is a small and skinny area for the few seats. My wife and my daughterwere able to find a spot to seat but not without the diners sitting at the next table taking up the space where my wife anddaughter were trying to sit. Apparently words were exchanged between my wife and the other diner because they had been taking upthe space in the bench with their stuff. It got to a point where my wife wanted to up and leave until I came with our food. Thefood itself was a little better than mediocre which is kind of par for the course at McDonald's. The food was hot and fresh andthe soda was properly carbonated and with the right mixture of syrup. The French Fries were hot and crisp with just the rightamount of salt. They were not oversalted like some others do to disguise the fact that they haven't changed the cooking oil. Thefish sandwich my wife ordered was just right too. As were my daughter's 6 Nugget Happy Meal. But the people next to usdetracted from what should have been an uneventful visit to McDonald's. Mind you, this McDonald's restaurant is on 125th Streetin Harlem. They quieted down when I came to the table, but it was tense and my wife was uncomfortable and about to blow off onthis person who was just very rude and nasty. You get what you expect when you are in this neighborhood. I won't be taking thefamily in there again on a Saturday night. The security guard tried to get a bead on the others, but they were just reallyannoying and made my 8 year old daughter mouth off, which was a first. The food I'll give ????½. Not too bad of a wait, maybe about 10 minutes after my order was placed. Fries were hot, and they did put napkins in the bag.... All of the ordering kiosks were functioning and printing tickets. The bathroom was dirty, and hadn't been cleaned in a while.They have a sign that says you can't use the bathroom unless you are a customer, which I assume is true. A decent late night food option, they are open late and close to a subway. The place is always clean and the staff works hard.... And it is well lit. However, every time I've been there late at night there has been at least one homeless person asleep on abench, never bothering anyone, but still there taking up a table of you wanted to eat there. Absolute best McDonald's in the city! This one has patient, nice cashiers and freshly made food. Their ice cream sundae's are... great-- they also tell you about the specials they have such as buy one get a second quarter pounder for a dollar! They are sogreat, and if you dress up your burger, it's as if you are eating a gourmet burger for a fraction of the cost! Read more
After navigating your way through all the people that are not supposed to be there and all the delivery guys out front waiting... to make deliveries, the place is actually tolerable, but there are better choices in the neighborhood. Read more
