The worst McDonalds you will ever go to. The workers are mean even if you?re beyond polite, they open late and close early... despite their posted hours. and just generally the food is always mushy. This woman added to much fudge, let alone the last time I came here the cheese in my doUBBLE Quarter pounder tasted like... straight processed cardboard dipped in wax. 1)Staffs are unprofessional, lacking communication and lacking politeness. 2)Manager should of had the knowledge to refund me... when I was charged twice for my meal, she stated ?I don?t know how to give back your money if you come back in an hour themorning manager would be able to help you? 3)lastly the staffs here need to work on their hygiene and their handling of foodproduct without cross contamination especially their hands not having gloves. Where to begin? Ordered mocha coffee machine. Staff aren?t very fluent or communicative but say the machine is out of order. Ok... that?s fine. But the fries were terrible. Oily and floppy and not crisp. Nuggets very average. I ordered a 1/4 pounder deluxeand I get home look in the bag and it?s a crispy chicken burger. I?m aussie living in nyc 10 years and yeah McDonald?s isn?t asgood in usa as australia but this was below average even for - New York! And look how pathetic this burger looks inside. Look atthat pathetic sliver of a tomato. Gotta be grateful tho, at least there?s no human bodily fluids inside. I hope. Read more
Was here to get a ice coffee and the staff was so very slow should never take 15 minutes for a ice coffee and the staff was... really rude and when it was time to get my coffee they didn't even make it they was like oh you want Splenda and cream um yes Iordered a French vanilla coffee and now I have to make it too really. During the day staff is fast and good but night I willnever go there unless I have too. Pass if you can place sucks. Read more
Place looks to be properly staffed and in a good location. Service times for the place are around 5-10 minutes which is very... impressive for 72nd street. There are two soda fountain that were working and two very clean bathrooms. I am only rating it 4starts because they is consistently a homeless man surrounding the Macdonald. Nonetheless, a normal McDonald's in NYC. Read more
