My first time there I seen a roach which is a bad look the customer service is neutral I haven't met someone that had an... attitude when I've been there. The food is like any other McDonald's nothing like the commercial sloppy looking. This seems tobe a kind of unclean vibe in that particular McDonald's sometimes you'll see homeless people come in to just sit down I don'thave anything against homeless people but if you're eating your food and you get a certain aroma it will turn you off but I'veseen now that they are on top of that and send them out. You would think that all Mc Donald's were held to the same standards. This Location the food was kinda Stale, they served me... cold dry fries, my mc chicken sandwich was not fresh, the bun had a spoiled smell to it, the chicken was Dehydrated. The most unprofessional staff in Harlem as far as restaurants concerned these people have no type of customer etiquette and the... least everybody in there should be fired . They really need to work on their customer service. They have really bad attitude and they are always missing something. Then... when you tell them they roll their eyes. Quick. Hot fast food. Plenty of room for multiple handicap/wheelchair enabled people. Walkers, etc. Even with wheelchairs parked... to eat. Read more

Finally , I found a good McDonald's restaurant that you can eat peacefully. Nice staff, clean and neat.
