Whoever handles the Uber orders does not read the customers' food orders correctly. Something is always missing or incorrect. I... spend a lot of money in McDonald's, Harlem Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. And I do not wish to pay for food and not receive all thatI ordered. Uber eats should not have refunded incompetence. The food is usually prepared very well, however they are out of one thing or another. My last visit they didn't have any... drinks except for sweet tea and water. Most of time they are out of shakes. Read more
The drive thru says 24 hours and its not. I went at 4am and there was two workers inside. They were nasty and rude and didn't... even come to the window. I literally had to knock on the glass for him to tell me they re open at 5am instead of him just sayingthat.
