At any given moment this place is a wreck. Super disrespectful, racist workers (yes, racist you read it right), poor management... and to be working in a place that requires the least amount of professionalism not even that is met. employees complain abouthow much they hate their jobs in front of customers while we are waiting on our food for 30 minutes. This is mcDonalds guys!McDonald?s- I don?t expect much but some decent fast food without being harassed by homeless panhandlers! Also, I shouldn?t haveto be sent to kiosk because of a language barrier. I like my nuggets with Mac sauce and that isn?t an option on the kiosk. Ofcourse i?d be willing to pay as long as I can order it. Wondering if this is corporate or a franchise? They need a whole teamtraining! As my dad would say, you get what you pay for. Read more
Good interior. But the security woman is bossing around. Will easily offend any one. She tore apart my receipt when she found... out that I'm waiting for my order through the kiosk. She said no one will bring it even though the kiosk said they will. I havebeen working at laptop in a half empty room and she asked me to leave because I got only 30 mins to stay even though I've notfinished my morning coffee. Ridiculous. Read more
This McDonald?s is horrible every time I visit they take dumb long to get your food even when there?s a lot of workers I waited... 20 mins for a large fry just for it to be half empty, barely salted and half ketchup packets. Read more
Filthy store. Ordered double cheese burgers. I waited 20 minutes and got 6 single burgers. Looked before I left and asked 4... times for a refund. I then realized that marajuna is legal in NYC and unlike the employees and the manager I wasn't intoxicated. This place looked like a Frat party gone bad. Empty bags and wrappers in the prep kitchen. Soda machines not working properlyand no ice. I BEEN EATING A McDonalds for decades and never seen anything like this. Mr. Crock must be rolling over in hisgrave. I depend on this McDonalds as it is close to my dorm room. Food usually comes out fast, and is tasty. I would not recommend... ordering coffee from this place, as they mess it up religiously. I order a caramel macchiato a lot, and they almost alwaysforget the caramel drizzle. When I ask for it, they usually put double the caramel flavoring (still no drizzle) and hand it backto me. I get the impression that making my drink correctly (or fixing it when asked) is a bother. Many employees are super nice,but others don't seem to care. I wish that they employed a few people who know coffee on a basic level so that I could enjoy thecoffee drinks that McDonalds offers. Read more
Nasty McDonalds where most employees barely speak any English The food is never fresh here. I came in and ordered a McGriddle,... and it was given to me burned. I asked for a new one, which was also burned. Furthermore, when it was prepared, the girl heatingit up went with my McGriddle out of view, so as to hide what she was doing with it. I decided not to eat it; I threw it away asI refused to possibly risk my health. I will never return here. Some of the employees act like you?re a bother when asking forassistance. DISGUSTING. This is the best McDonald's in The Heights! Weekend management and staff team are incredible and ready to assist. I love coming... here for my weekend breakfast, because is quiet, clean and the music is perfect for the ambience. Keep up the extraordinarywork! ???? Read more
Safe, clean, well lit & plenty of restrooms. Inviting atmosphere. Great job designers & McD employees!!
