The worst McDonald?s in nyc customer service is a big zero. The owner or general manager should train their managers so they... can do their job properly. I went to order large french fries and the manager ruby said that she can?t take my order that I needto order by the kiosk I then asked her that if I am a senior citizen and I don?t know how to use the kiosk, but I would stilllike to order by the cash register she said NO, so I took myself to kfc and order my $4,00 fries there and they were happy totake my order. Got a Machicken, large French fries, ginger al soda, and chickennuggets. First the macchicken wasn't that good. The lettuce was... definitely not fresh since it was wilted and soggy. The soda didn't even taste like ginger ale at all. They gave me spicychicken nuggets instead of the regular ones. The best item in my order was literally the frech fries.
