We have been on a BBQ tour of places up the East Coast from D.C to New York. Although the food was OK, it is extremely... expensive and the portion sizes are crazy small. $15 for the Pulled Pork spring rolls, there were 4 small rolls and a dip. TheRib Sandwhich and fries was $24 I think, Chicken Burger was about the same. The sizes were very small, far removed from theother places we have been which have been well priced. Staff seem a little too relaxed, although it was quiet. Good atmosphereand the location it's self is good. Just a shame they miss the mark with portion sizes and quality could definitely be better. Ribs melted off the bone. Food was perfectly comforting on a cool autumn Sunday evening. Bartenders are some of the friendliest... in the city. Cozy sports bar with everything you need to watch the game, eat great food, and chat with friends at reasonableManhattan prices. 10/10 Read more

One of the best and friendliest bars I've been to in NYC! The staff is always so kind and accommodating. The drinks are always... amazing along with the banging food! Wanna know the best perk? Live music during happy hours on Fridays!! What could be betterafter a long day of work posting up with the work buddies?! Nothing I love it here! Read more

Very good food and reasonable prices. I am from Texas and the brisket is top notch. They’ve a good smoker and the flat (less... fatty part of the brisket) was tender and juicy. I was VERY impressed and that’s not easy. The beef barley soup is fantastic.I recommend Putting some brisket in it even though it has plenty beef. Trust me. I also noticed there’s a banquet spaceupstairs with about a 50 person capacity just FYI. Read more

Placed an order online and waited 30minutes to get 1 grilled cheese sandwich and fried pickle. It was not rush hour whatsoever... at 12pm with only 2 people at the bar. The portion is horrible, the size of the sandwich is almost same as the small sauce cup,i didnt pay $20 to get a tiny sandwich with cheese that is still not melted. My order total was $33 and definitely not worth itwhat so ever. Just look at the picture. Read more

I went to Mason Jar on a Wednesday afterwork to meet up with my daughter for dinner at 6pm. I truly enjoyed my dining... experience. The waitstaff here is very warm and friendly. John our server was amazing. He gave great recommendations that wereon point. The drinks and food were both very good. I honestly have no complaints. I definitely recommend this restaurant as agreat after work meet up spot and absolutely would go back. Read more

The food is good and underrated. I would suggest that they change the name of the fried chicken, because we ordered the $20... entree and they gave us the $36 version. The waitress switched it on the bill after we said something but that wasn’t good. Also a server dropped one of our meals so we didn’t get to eat at the same time and they didn’t comp it or offer anything.Has potential but a few things need fixing. Great place for good old American comfort food. Their food has a southern touch. Loved their Brisket and Tacos. The sides were... equally tasty specially the Jalepeno Corn Bread. The Rose flavored Kettle One was refreshing and the best smelling drink I haveever tried. Service was on the slower side but not a problem. They did run out of coffee. Read more
