Best ramen noodles I've ever had. The broth tasted a mazing. We had the Premium Chacho Ramen , we were told has the most meat, 7... pcs and we are not deceive. The meat was very juicy and tender. Thin noodle perfectly cooked. Presentation was great. We alsohad some Dumplings, which were small but tasty. The place is nice, friendly staff. They have inside and outside sitting too.Definitely recommend this place for some great Ramen. Read more

Our favorite ramen place in the city - surprised that this place hasn?t become more popular. We really like the hard noodles and... the flavorful broth. The pork belly and chashu were tender (also generous amount). The service was fast and servers were nice.Plus, the bathroom was spacious, clean and no weird smell (rare find in the city lol). Amazing ramen place! Shishito pepper-it would be perfect if they can fry a bit longer. Karaage- average, not impressive Chicken... Paitan ramen DX- the sizzling chicken thighs was juicy and delicious, the broth is rich but not oily and aggressive. The ramentexture was fantastic. Although I am not fan of thin noodles, I have to give it 10/10. And the chicken breast was juicy aswell. White yuzu sangria- this was nice and served in a pitcher, totally love it. Service was really good. I would definitelygo back and try the chashu, thick cut pork belly looks amazing. Read more

Finally came in here today after passing it many times. At first glance, I thought it was going to be another... overpriced-overhyped restaurant, but I was dead wrong. The customer service was exceptional, great staff, very accommodatingfor children, as they actually have high chairs; something you almost never see in NYC and is very important to have, whichshows me they actually think about people. They even have a changing area in their bathroom, amazing! I had to try the TonkotsuRamen, as I've actually lived near Hakata years ago, and it's my favorite type of ramen. I absolutely loved their broth, as itwasn't too fatty or thick nor very salty, the noodles were nice thin noodles that retained the broth quite well. The egg wasspot on. I felt the portions of meat were quite skimpy, as the two pieces in it were about the size of a standard piece ofbacon, but you can tell they were nice cuts, I just wish they were a bit bigger. I tried their karaage, and their gyoza, bothwere delicious. Overall, I see myself coming back, just hope they increase the portion size for the ramen, but this was one ofthe better ramen spots I've been to in recent times. Read more

Wow. Best ramen broth I've had, period. They slow cook their tonkatsu broth for 10+ hours and it gives it a flavor like no... other. There is some great ramen in the city, but I don't know if this one can be beat. Also be sure not to skip the MarufukuBites. The place is packed all the time, but it's well worth the wait! Read more
