The food was good and it was honestly a 5 star experience until we received the bill. $9 credit card fee and $32 service fee?!?... What? That?s NOT including tip. The most frustratingly slow dining experience I?ve had in New York. It took 45 minutes just to get the chips and salsa that we... ordered. It then took another half hour to get our entrees, which was just a simple burritos and tacos order. The staff blamedthe delay on a large group party, but the restaurant was not especially crowded for a NYC restaurant on a weekend night, andthere were even empty tables. Staff was perfectly polite but didn?t make any effort to compensate for how long we had to waitlike offering a free dessert as restaurants normally do in this situation. And to top it off, there was $15 service fee notmentioned anywhere on the menu included on the bill (the waiter took it off but still was frustrating on principal given thelevel of ?service? we got). It?s a shame because the food was good but that was overshadowed by how negative the rest of theexperience was. Read more

Great vibe but I?ve had better taco, but for the price you can?t go wrong. Positive. Cheap. Great Dj. Hookah was good. Dope... vibe. Negative. 4/10 on the tacos. Waitress ignores all my request (I asked for a taco no relish no onion, I not the type tosend it back so I just removed it myself). Noted. We had outside seating, it was extremely HOT ???? Only one fan on each side, The food is average, drinks were ok, beers we not... ice cold. So drank the house tequila, to get even more hot. Sadly no frozen drinks I was told, i would have ordered it to helpedwith the heat. The music was good. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Bryant was extremely nice and accommodating andthere was another girl very nice but forgot her name. The inside is nice but to save energy the AC was too low downstairs on soit feel hot. They had a DJ after 8pm which was cool ...but was disappointed because we had gone out for Taco Tuesday and thatwas the only thing they did not have on the happy hour menu. Boo ????????...lol it was on the regular menu tho. I'm just beingpetty ???? Again ...just went for happy hour... will go another day to try the main courses and provide a full review on thefood. This is a very good spot to go to if you in the area I highly recommend for anyone to stop by and enjoy the Mexican cuisine.... They are affordable and great food and wonderful customer service. The waitresses are very friendly and very attentive theyalways greet you will a smile and make sure everything is good and if you need anything else. I also got a chance to greet oneof the chefs, his name is Mauricio and he is a very friendly person greets his customers with a smile as well. Read more
