Location and how they doctored up the scaffolding outside are fantastic... I waited a really long time for someone to notice my... water was empty, and it wasn't even our server. The food is good but not noteworthy. Read more
We were seated inside as walk ins on a very busyv Wednesday evening. We ordered an appetizer and waited a bit for it, however,... it was delicious. It was the Baratta with roasted peppers. We then were told after waiting 15 minutes that our food was going tobe comped since it was dropped and we were asked if we could wait another 15 minutes. When our food came it was delicious. Wedid leave a generous tip since the manager was so generous by not charging us for our meal. Excellent service. Read more
Excellent server! Ask for Jessica. This restaurant has excellent cocktails and wine. Skip the desserts. The lava cake was... disappointing. Very good cocktails. Try the smokedNegroni and espresso martini. You are absolutely getting the five starbecause of Jessica. Read more
Madison &… Fine; Came here shortly after arriving in Manhattan after a tedious flight. It was recommended by the concierge of... the hotel we were staying with due to its proximity. It was… fine. Nothing special, though also not bad. We split themussels. (Sauce was delicious but the muscles were quite grainy), the meatballs (great taste but served to us cold), and theburrata (the dish was a little bland). Cocktails were standard. Service was also just okay, we were given an incorrect bill foranother table. To the staffs credit they were very busy this evening. Music was so loud I could not communicate with the othermembers of our party. Five star prices not really backed up by the food and service. Read more
