Best freshest lobster roll I?ve had outside of Maine!
This place is excellent proof that bad, negative reviews on Google are all fake! I had one of the best meals ever here. I had... the 6oz lobster roll set that came with clam chowder and a drink. The roll was amazing. Crispy and soft fresh bread, buttered toperfection and with generous fresh lobster. The chowder was good too. Just right all around. The place has a nice ambience tooand the staff are super friendly and helpful. Who could ask for more. Yes, it is not cheap but I don't think it is overpriced atall. Great job guys! I'll be back. My worst experience at any place in the Grand Central Station. A bunch of inexperienced and unprofessional kids run the place. I... ordered a Gin and Tonic and it tasted horrible. I ordered a sandwich (after the waiter/bartender) repeatedly asked me if Iwanted to order any food item and I throw it in the garbage after the first bite. Customer service was the worse everexperience. Their credit machines were not working and customers were forced to pay in cash after 30 minutes wait. Customerservice was rude. They should shut down. Their delivery options are amazing. We got the lobster, crab, and Maine scallops. Spectacular combo, I highly recommend for any... event or a dinner with friends. Truffle butter lobster roll and Crab roll is AMAZING! It was so good, our family came back twice during our trip to NYC. For... those that complain they still hungry after paying $35, well buy 2. Was it tasty? I guess so. Was it worth *30 dollars*? DEFINITELY NO. you understand only the lobster roll in this picture is 23... dollars? And that?s the smaller amount? that?s absurd. And I added 9 dollars for this tiny amount of soup and a drink. The totalwas about 35 dollars and I stayed hungry. Sorry but I won?t come back.
