Cute spot to get lunch. You get three choices with rice. I got the fried chicken, fried eggs, and brussel sprouts & broccoli... curry! Base price is $10. Decent portions and the space is comfortable. Read more

Little Wayla is the tiny sister restaurant of Wayla (a few doors over). Little Wayla is lunch spot serving small snacks, Thai... iced tea, and rotating variety of Thai dishes served over rice. nice clean colorful interior with plenty of lighting and a goodamount of seating. the rotating dishes can be seen at the hot bar where you choose 3 dishes and they will be served over riceoptions for non-meat eaters. to dine-in or to-go. there are vegetarian options for non-meat eaters. picked up lunch here, andit was pretty good. was satisfied with both the quality and preparation. got the fried chicken, fried hard-boiled eggs, andstring beans over rice. the fried chicken was good--light batter, not oily and crunchy. the fried hard boiled eggs was flavorfuland had a dry chili kick. the string beans had that Thai savoriness. the rice was firm and thick. all of which made for a tastymeal. iin terms of Thai food, a nice option in the LES that's offering atypical Thai dishes. the 3 items over rice is $10 + tax+ tip. NOTE: Little Wayla used to have a half-sized light lunch meal option for $5 + tax + tip. wish they kept it as an optionbc sometimes you want a light lunch and not deal with leftovers. the $5 option has been retired. the staff is very energeticand friendly. tip them accordingly.
