I don't give away too many of my favorite places, but I'm a Lenwich fan. Good clean locations, good sandwich recipes. Not... particularly cheap, but never regretful. Read more
Just horrible ended up arguing with staff here. Ordered 2 days earlier and they missed putting a few items so I went to the... store to collect but the staff acted like I was trying to steal or get something that I did not pay for. I work on 97 street and2 Avenue so at my work place we all ordered to get from one place they will not deliver so I went there to get the great food.But ended up arguing to get what I paid for. Then they did not even offer apology or even a sandwich free in good faith. Theyare lacking in Great Customer Service. . . . Maybe even give them one star ???? Read more
This place even though has a upper Eastside address. They are hood. I placed a order I work at a hospital and they do not... deliver. So placed order to pickup when I got back to job I noticed missing items then because of lunch hour I emailed aboutit. I then called cleared it with Mgr Juan so all set that they would issue missing items. I visit store and placing order andtell them I had missing items last time and they would replace this visit. But employee behind counter starts telling me that Ican not even place a order and that I need to talk to Mgr first. If was that simple. . . Talking to me like I was trying tosteal the 2 drinks. When ever I order from Lenwich the orders are if not over $100.00 they are close to it since it is like 5 to10 ordering from Lenwich. In the end we did get the drinks but the fight we had totally not professional at all actually scarredcause once you argue with these people they can spit in your food. So once back at work yeah my sandwich went straight to thegarbage did not want to risk if she would have spit or done anything else to our well my food. Favorite sandwich place in the city. I love their cranberry white chocolate cookies at the counter. I always get their breakfast... platters and the turkey brie sandwich. The last time I went they were out of home fries and offered French fries instead which Iwasn't a fan of but otherwise def visit. Read more
