Very confusing ordering system and the staff is rude. I was trying to order the sandwich I saw on the sign out front, but the... menu I was looking at only had breakfast items (not labeled breakfast). The cashier was impatient with me when I asked forclarification on the menu system. I still don?t understand the layout. I heard my sandwich being called several times with noone coming to claim it. It didn?t match my number so I went up to the lady thinking maybe the number was wrong and she rudelyshooed me off saying ?it?s not yours?. Waited a long time for them to (I think) remake my sandwich. Also, no one was wearingtheir masks properly. Clearly they?re requiring staff to wear them because they all have them on. What brings me back to a business is good customer service. I don?t seem to get that at Lenwich. Don?t get me wrong the... sandwiches are great. But good customer service at this restaurant is more racially selective. I?ve been to Lenwich about 5times. And the first couple of times that I have gone to Lenwich no one acknowledged my presence until I walked up to thecounter and said ?How you doing?. That?s when I would get some hospitality. After I made my order I would stand in the waitingarea. A few minutes would go by before a Caucasian person walks through the front door. And suddenly a Hispanic Lenwich employeewould jump up to attention and yell ?Goodmorning how could I help you!?. The first two times I seen this I was hoping I waswrong. But each time I went to Lenwich this would happen. The Caucasian customers would get greeted as soon as they walkedthrough the door. While the Black Customers don?t get that terrific morning greeting. And it?s always the Hispanic Lenwichemployee who works at the front counter that?s the loudest and boisterous giving these greetings to whom he selects.I believeeveryone should be greeted equally with good customer service and great hospitality. Good Customer Service to all customershelps a business thrive. But when you have employees who racially select who they greet.That?s bad for business. Money only hasone color. Read more
