We walked by and saw the delicious donuts and treats in the window. Jahada (sp?) greeted us with a beaming smile and served us... with an all-around positive demeanor that we find very rare, whether in NY and elsewhere. This chain is one of my favorite. As a vegetarian they have a lot of items on their menu for me. Also they have lots of... healthy items. Almost all of their restaurants have the same menu so no matter which restaurant I go to I know exactly what I'llget. Read more
Wonderful job adding some new ? items -the DOUGHNUT!! We arrived just in time for the fresh batch - beyond words flavorful,... thick yet airy. I normally don't care for cream this one was pleasantly surprisingly perfect the taste was not overpowered byconfectioners sugar - BAKER(s) phenomenal work! The MACAROONs, and MINI BROWNIE AKA "cutie cups" in my book, the ORGANICCOFFEE, the CHAI LATTE OMG should I say more! I've also tried their bean soup and tartines at other locations which are equallyindulging choice. Staff is a for the most part pleasant, register staff is more friendly than the preparers - completelyunderstandable. Hygiene and atmosphere a bit smaller than other locations yet felt it was perfect for the area. Will return forthose doughnuts! Read more

Even though its a chain, it has good quality and the bread never disappoints me. The latte was a good balance of milk and... coffee, so no issue there, enough to wake you up~ Creme Donut: The donut was wonderful, the creme really hits you as it isfluffy and the sugar isn't heavy. Bad customer service. Cashier made a mistake about my matcha latte, and the "Shift lead" with dark brown skin, brown eyes, and... afro curly short hair said "No" we're going to throw it out." then the cashier said I could Have it. She purposely said NO to beRUDE. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND also disputing the charge because the matcha was disgusting. Her shift is at Thursday night,and Friday closing shift. She's a very rude shift lead whatever that means ???? Fire her! Read more
