I believe freshness describes this place. Good was good. Service, on the other hand, could improve a bit.
Terrible customer service. Staff too lazy to heat up sandwich. They just put the cold sandwich in the bag cause it?s easy and... lazy. All the taste is dull without the heat up. (The location in financial district heats up before giving it to customer ANDwraps it in parchment paper. I thought this was standard protocol but after visiting this dump, it emphasizes just how amazingthe staff in the financial district is.) Blonde lady staff member here also got mad when I asked if there was an outlet tocharge my phone. Love the ambiance and decor. Service was kind but slow (granted there was only one server for all tables) with some mistakes.... The food was incredibly bland (the sunny side bowl)--no seasoning or dressing on the bowl of dry kale. The drinks were veryoverpriced. The tea came out lukewarm, not even hot enough to melt the sugar. Read more
STALE FOOD! STAY AWAY! They didn't put everything I paid for in my order, and the tarts were definitely stale. I definitely... expected this place to be much better! I've made better tarts at home. We found this restaurant randomly while walking in NYC near Koreatown. We wanted some breakfast but not too heavy and a coffee.... Pleasant surprise considering the previous reviews. I had the belgian waffle and it was good. The avocado toast and scallionskillet was also up to par! The drinks are served in these cute tea pots. Cute place and food wasnt half bad. A lovely atmosphere with a staff that's always ready to help. Our breakfast was delicious & beautifully presented. We ordered... the tumeric lattes which were large & delicious. Also, we ordered the mini Dutch pancakes, roasted cauliflower & cheddarfrittata. We had a side of avocado & an order of fruit salad. Everything was fresh & we were very impressed! We will definitelybe returning & recommend the breakfast. Read more

Worst service ever. Got there by 5 pm to spend an hour before my nails appointment. Waited in the line for 10 min. When there... was my turn to order some random guy jumped before me out of nowhere and started ordering. Cashier did nothing. I orderedcappuccino and asked if i can be seated by the table. He said i have to go there and order there. When i got by the table areathe waiter said the area is closed and i should go back and order ?to go?. (There were customers sitting though).
