Pros: better dine in service than most lpq's in the area, gorgeous food and vibes Cons: very busy, small space, more expensive... than expected. For 2 coffees and entrees we paid close to $50 including tip. Beware of the add on sides as they arepricey. Overall, a good option to dine in the park while not having to pay for tavern on the green. Next time I'd go just forthe coffee or a light pastry as the bread is their specialty. Read more

They have fresh and yummy food that you can enjoy on their Central Park patio. We got a mozzarella and tomato sandwich with a... side salad and a lentil bowl and bread. The service was friendly. The bathrooms are public park bathrooms and not great. Read more

HOW ABOUT BREAKFAST WITH A CENTRAL PARK VIEW THIS SPRING? I have been coming here for at least 15 years. This is definitely a... NYC gem for those who love good food while enjoying beautiful nature all around. I PERSONALLY ENJOY THIS PLACE THE MOST IN THESPRING when it transports me to an enchanted setting of all sorts of birds flying around, chirping sweet tunes that crashes intoone another forming a pleasantly chaotic symphony, tree fragrance of all kinds invading my nostrils with the coffee aroma undermy nose, wind that comes and goes just to sprinkle cherry blossom petals in the air down the walking path slope. To top it off,the service was impeccable. My waiter, a happy smiling soul went out of his way to get me a bread basket even though it?s notpart of the menu anymore. If every breakfast morning was paradise this would be it. Want more restaurants and food ideas fromaround the world? Follow food_vivant on Instagram Read more

Cool cafe, located in the heart of central park. Ordered Ginger apple cider. Tastes good with right amount of sugar and hint of... ginger. Service could have been faster. Perfect spot to sip your drinks and enjoy central park views with Manhattan skyline inthe background Read more

Get their hot chocolate! It was great. The location of the cafe is inside central park with a nice outdoor seating.... Unfortunately it was too busy when we went. So we couldn't try the items we went for. They had good vegetarian options on theirmenu. They have good variety of pastries as well. Read more
