The place is absolutely incredible I love the fact that you can see the glazing machine since it's behind a Plexi glass shame... when I was there it wasn't on I would have loved to see it in action. The customer service is top notch and the staff are happyand in a good mood which in turn makes the customer happy to be there. They have a huge number of donuts although it seems likethis location sells a large amount of glazed donuts above all others but odds are they have the one you're looking for. Me and family stopped in this store for a couple dozen "end of day" donut snack. However too our surprise we were told they were... out of donuts. Not any special donuts but they were out of the standard glazed donuts. If they told us any other kind ofdonut... I could understand, but being out of Krispy Kreme's standard glazed donuts was mind boggling. The store supposed toclose at 10:pm it barely was 7pm. How the heck could Krispy Kreme be out of the regular glazed donuts. I just couldn'tunderstand that at all. We were not even given a explanation when we & other customers asked "Why?" On top of that all theequipment was off they were not even making fresh donuts. From the taste of the donuts we did buy... the freshness was highlyquestionable. The staff is so polite and friendly. They ensure to practice social distancing. A certain amount of customers are let in at a... time. I usually order ahead so when I arrive to the restaurant I can just pick up my order. The store is huge and allows youto view the donut making process. I only gave 3 stars because the taste in donuts has changed. The donuts taste very waterynow. Wish they would go back to old recipe. Download the app to get points with each purchase you make. I?m not going to lie when I found out Krispy Kreme was coming uptown I was excited lol these are my favorite donuts they put... dunkin to SHAME honey The store was big , clean and all the staff wore mask . I got the last batch of glazed . They sell outextremely fast! If you ever have to wait it?s about 35 minutes. The donuts were melt in your mouth fresh. My mom who never triedit wanted a dozen for herself lol . I will definitely be back . They have other selections of donuts but I?ve never tired sinceI only like glazed but I?m sure they all have the same quality . Happy snacking ! Read more
Krispy Kreme in Harlem just opened in August 2020. There was a line at 7pm on a Thursday but moved fast. The store seems clean... and the staff is very friendly. 1.59$ for a glased donut. Read more
