I came here for the first time and i realized that you shouldn?t always believe what you see on social media cause this wasn?t... it at all. I had the seafood gumbo with rice and the 2 for 1 margarita daiquiri and the only good thing was the drink. Is gumbosupposed to be this soupy? I don?t know??????????? I from NY. I paid $51.55 for this! One thing I didn?t like was also you haveto pay before you eat and there is a 20% gratuity policy. The menu is already a little pricey as it is. To pay a 20% gratuitycharge with tax included! Nah they robbing people here. Please I?m telling you. I would go to the red lobster across the streetinstead cause they have way more food with cheaper prices. This place, It?s all hype. Read more

I really was excited to go to this restaurants. Love my food. Absolutely delicious. Now before even getting to food. We was... seated right away. However we waited a good 30 minutes for srever to come and take our order. And it was not a busy night. Manyof tables on our side. Now there was a party on the other side. I guess party side. Maybe that's the reason I dont know. Wealmost left. Smh but when he finally came just a great waiter wish I remember his name. But great time after that. Read more

My first time attending Krab Queens Harlem and I didn?t know what to expect because the reviews on Yelp were horrible. The... service was great from the young lady who open the doors and seated my family to meeting our waitress. They both were verypolite and management was customer friendly and very accommodating. I had a child with me at my table and it wasn?t a issue. They offered a kids menu and there was space to put our stroller so that it wasn?t in the way. The staff was helpful andanswered all questions about the restaurant policy and menu. The restaurant was clean and the music was awesome! Saturdayafternoon with a 3pm opening the food came out quick and the drinks were delicious! The vibe was on point! I recommend thislocation to anyone looking for good seafood in the city! The food was delicious and I would only request that plastic gloves toeat the broils in the bag be given out and the utensils to open the crabs as well. I will return with more guest soon. Read more

My friends and I had such a wonder time. We were late, however, we were seated . When I say to you once you take a look at the... menu, you will become overwhelmed by all the beautiful pictures and food. Our wait staff was amazing, we met the owners, by theway, was so welcoming, pleasant, and funny. You must try the the fried catfish, potato salad, baked beans, and the drinks hadweird names like 420, that made my friends so happy literally. Go to Krab Queen, enjoy yourself. Oh yeah, your have to pay inadvance. Read more

Avoid this place at ALL COST!!!! Walked inside for dinner and there was a bunch of DIRTY tables. About 5-7 DIRTY tables. That... should?ve been the first red flag. Then as soon and we sat down and met the waitress, we were informed that we would have to PAYbefore our orders are put through with GRATUITY INCLUDED!! How do you PAY for SERVICE you haven?t received yet??!! What if youwant to order more food later on?? That?s a double swipe if you don?t have cash. As a black person, I felt insulted. This is a?black owned? establishment and I try to support but this is above and beyond. Are they trying to insinuate that because we arein a predominantly black community (Harlem) that we?re going to DINE AND DASH?!!! I found out that the owner is a young blackwoman but she is NOT from NY or Harlem. I?ve been to plenty of HIGH END restaurants and I?ve NEVER been treated so poorly. I?mnot sure how they do things where she?s from but in NY (Harlem) we don?t treat our own like that. Now, onto the food. The foodwas MEDIOCRE at best. Cafeteria food. My French fries was cold. No condiments (tarter sauce, cocktail sauce) came with the food.I told the waitress immediately. She said she would get me new fries. The new Fries took 45 mins. I had already ate the rest ofthe food and didn?t want the fries anymore. Food is served in very SMALL portions. My lady friend had a drink for $45.00 thatadvertised as being strong but it wasn?t strong at all. They had to give her 3 extra shots because we complained that her drinkwas mild. They didn?t have the liquor that goes inside the drink that they advertised but they didn?t inform us of this untilAFTER we paid for the drink. They gave us an ?Alternative?. Egregious. This cafeteria food cost us $200+ with gratuity. Wecould?ve went to City Island or Famous Fish for the same exact meals for HALF the price but this is what we get for trying tosupport ?our people?. NEVER AGAIN!! I don?t see them being open to long with these practices. AVO Read more

I just happened to go on the day of the Grand Opening. The ambience and the decor of the restaurant is beautiful, the DJ was on... point with the music and my waiter was very informative and polite. Even though on the menu they give you a breakdown of therestaurant policy , my waiter took time and broke it down. There?s an automatic 12% to 16% gratitudely regardless of party sizealso you pay upfront for your meal and Beverage. Which I don?t think is a bad idea because once you?re bill is paid for andafter you eat you just get up and go plus you don?t have to wait on the waiter. Obviously on the first day of business there aregoing to be some kinks and mishaps so I decided to order something small. I didn?t wait long for my food at all, even though mywaiter said it may be a 45 minute wait. I had the crawfish mac & cheese and Cajun fries(dry) , the drink I had was reallygood. I suggest that you go early evening ( 5 o?clock) to beat the late night crowd and avoid waiting on a long line. I?mdefinitely coming back!! As for location, it?s where Olive Garden used to be . Inside on the mini mall next to Whole Foods! Read more
