False advertising, lousy food, and abysmal service; this place has it all! Came in to get some breakfast to go with a friend and... we both got french toast. On the menu on the wall french toast was advertised as being $8. When we paid, the french toast wasactually $18 per order. We asked why there was such a massive price difference between what was charged and what was shown onthe menu and why the menu had not been updated appropriately. We were told to speak to the manager if we didn't like the pricesand how they were marked on their menu. After that interaction I was hoping that at least the food would live up to the loftyprice point. The french toast was dry, and pretty tasteless for something that was supposed to be super sweet. It wasn'tnecessarily bad, it would've been worth the $8 advertised on the menu. But it was at $18 which was way too much. I've genuinelyhad better french toast at IHOP and Denny's for a fraction of the price. Save your time and money and DON'T go here. Read more

I have a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. It’s super cute, the food is pretty solid, but the service is almost... always understaffed and food over priced. It’s a great spot for the neighborhood but doesn’t seem to be run consistentlywell. If I’m you have time and money, thought, it’s worth it! Read more

Food was good. Can't complain. Got an omelette and french toast. Pricey but not overly pricey and expected for the... neighborhood. Service was excellent and would come again. Nothing spectacular or memorable. There are other hotspots nearby butwith much longer waits. Read more

I'd put this at 3.5 stars. I was grateful that Kirsh had some tables available for our last minute brunch. I wish that the menu... had some more options. I ordered the Bacon Swiss and Egg savory French toast and it proved to be too heavy for me. I didn'tfinish it and that is rare for me. I liked the idea of savory French toast but I would have appreciated some lighter options. Idon't think I'd come back for brunch but may be open to dinner. Read more

Was hoping for some delicious takes on familiar favorites. The goat cheese stuffed pastry that accompanies the tomato soup... delivered. On the other hand, the lox were sliced thick, to their detriment. They were very fishy and very chewy. It made forpoor eating. Read more

Cute spot to grab brunch or snack! I recommend any of their bakery items especially the French toasts, which includes savory or... sweet options. It also offers your classic foods like soups and salads, but the real standout is still their fresh pastries. Read more

Had brunch here in a Saturday morning and it was ok. The wait was a bit long around noon and the line was overflowing into the... bakery. We waited for about 10 minutes before abandoning the line and just grabbing a table in the bakery. The full menu isavailable there too and the counter person was trying his best to keep up with the demand and I thought he did a greatjob. Standouts are the pastries and bread. I had eggs over easy with home fries and toast ($11) and my dining companion had theBLTE ($16) with the same home fries. The eggs were cooked well, but the home fries could have been seasoned better. We also hadthe chocolate-hazelnut Danish to start as the counter person mentioned the wait could be 15 -20 minutes for our food as thekitchen was busy. My dining companion also had the cappuccino, which she thought was ok. I had a Founder's Pale Ale ($8). Thedraft selection of 5 seemed good to me as none of them were run of the mill beers. In the end, I'd probably only come back ifthe prices were adjusted. They were a bit high IMO. Read more
