Great customer service!
The Day time crew staff is rude and talk over the food when making it. They keep giving me short of my chicken order. I have to... now check my box before leaving. They don't greet the customers while I was thier. The manager daytime also don't showleadership to the Crew. She suppose to lead by example but she's like them, why be a manager and your crew and you play and talkover customer food also. I'll shop at another location until that crew is about business. My order is regularly off by at least one item because the cashiers don't really listen. They just start punching buttons... assuming what you're going to say. I get crispy when I ordered original, mashed potatoes when I ordered baked beans, hot wingswhen I ordered barbecue. Not the end of the world, but it's annoying, so now I check before I leave the restaurant. Read more
This place is pretty bad. It is understaffed and the drink machine does not work half the time. The cookies feel like they are... made of cement. Not a good KFC site. I couldn't even get a receipt because the receipt machine needed to be restarted and I wastold that 30 minutes ago. Read more
Very rude and confrontational at the Taco Bell side. Not a repeat for me.
