I frequent salad places nearly daily. This location is often pretty gross. The salads are way overpriced, and most cooked items... are under or over cooked. If you have food allergies, the food is usually cross contaminated. Read more

Delivery men incapable of ringing the doorbell. Do not order delivery especially from their app. Better off ordering in person.

Javier was super-friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Made sure my order was out right away (I was early). Just... watching him greet and deal with other customers after me, he is a true asset to the team. Read more

This place has gotten progressively worse in the 7 months I have been working in the area. Every time I go there are new... inexperienced staff. Every time my order is either wrong or like today they give me a half portion for a $13 dish. The pictureattached is the bowl before I began eating. Read more

This is by far my favorite spot ever! I've been going here since they first opened and been a on/off customer. They have a solid... team here and hope they keep the team happy and not change them out. Liz and the manager Manuel are currently holding it downduring the outbreak and have to say thank you so much for being their when we as essential worker's put our life on the line. My wild guess that the 2 reasons why this place always looks empty are (1) high prices for 5-ingredients salads / bowls, and... (2) the poorest customer service. I can get the logic behind the prices: you want to position yourself as a high-quality &healthy lunch place. What?s the problem with the staff? They have problems hearing your order and end up messing up theingredients any ways. They can?t handle more than 1 customer in a line. They should definitely improve their mixing skills.Maybe some training would help? Read more
