As per the salads, OUTSTANDING! As per the customer service, the worst. I lost my debit card and only had cash on me. I forgot... that this place is ?cashless ?. As I tried to pay, the register girl had the only attitude when I asked if I can pay cash. Allshe said was , CARD ONLY with the only nasty face. I asked if a manager can approve the transaction due to I?ve seen them do itbefore. Again she says with the only constipated face CARD ONLY! needless to say I just walked out. The last time I ate a salad so great was in Michigan years ago!! This place is high on my salad list and a personal favorite.... Customer service great! You need to get the salad combo with the smoothie. It?s a lot of salad even though it?s the smallestsize. To top it off the space is super clean and they play Reggae music! Will be back soon! I have been going to this location about 2x week for the past year and loved nearly every salad I had. Until today. Today, I... found a *staple* in my salad. I took my salad back to the show the manager and they offered to remake my salad. At this point,I'd lost my appetite. After receiving my refund and my "next salad is on us" voucher, I considered not blowing up their spotonline. However, I was a bit disturbed by now nonchalant the staff was about this discovery. I ordered a Build Your Own to pick up. There was a lot of options on the menu. Looks like the pickup option is very popular, as... there is a pick up shelf with orders stacked alphabetically by customer's first names. Love the freshness of the salad. Theyogart cucumber dressing was very aromatic and flavorful with fresh herbs and ingredients. Also like that they try to beenvironmentally sustainable. Read more
