I had to explain to these workers how to make oatmeal?. I asked for an oatmeal. They blended it. I said I didn?t want it... blended. They blended it two more times after that. I said for the fifth time ? I just want a regular oatmeal? and she took aminute and had to process how to make that. So I told her step one was putting the oats in a cup and step two was adding hotwater. And she STILL had an attitude. Eventually she kinda got it but filled it with too much water? i just took it and leftbecause I needed breakfast. I swear to god im no Karen but these people had the absolute lowest intellect I have ever seen?.Never going again and I recommend you do the same. Read more
The açaí bowl are so watery and so bad actitud of the attendees
Very disappointing experience. I ordered acai blueberry bowl and I was really excited about it. What I got was a bland, soupy... bowl of mixed fruit with some granola on top. I ordered this in person and it had no chance to melt between the time it wasfinished to the time it was received. It was an unpalatable soup from the get go. Not worth the money. Read more
Acai tested but not frozen enough and fresh fruits are missing
I had to wait 20 minutes this morning for a açaí bowl. The poor cashier was frantically trying to manage the 7 customers at... the store. The bowl itself was very average. And they forgot to add the granola topping which I paid for. I won?t be returning. Read more
I am a regular customer at the 30 Rock location and easily spend hundreds of dollars a month and unlike the vast majority of... patrons I tip every time I come. This morning Monday 8/5 I was treated horribly by the staff which appears to consist entirelyof new hires. I waited 10 minutes for my drink while patrons who arrived AFTER me walked away. I expect better from JuicePress. I have many other options in this neighborhood but the service I received today is not a positive reflection of yourcompany standards. Read more
Super inconsistent, depending on who makes it. I usually get the exact same smoothie, and it's different every day. Sometimes... sweet, sometimes not. Usually not well blended, with pieces of banana coming through the straw which is gross. Today I literallygot 3/4 of a cup. On a good day though, which is about once out of every 5 days (hence one out of 5 stars), they are reallygood. Read more
