Love juice press as a concept. Great alternatives for healthy organic snacks and smoothies. Tastes great too! But the customer... service could be improved. Most times when I walk in, I get the impression I?m burdening the staff by asking for a smoothie oraçaí bowl. Almost every time I?ve visited the store, it comes across like they don?t want to be there. Additionally, I?vewalked in between 8:30 - 8:40 various times and they wouldn?t serve me a smoothie or açaí bowl, 20-30 minutes before closing.I get people want to go home and it?s been a long day, but why advertise you?re open until 9 then? Close at 8:30.. just my twocents. Hopefully employee morale can be boosted. Read more

I go to this juice press location multiple times a week on my lunch break. This is my first review here because I need to shout... out Diana. Multiple times, I?ve come in for a pick up and Diana is the only one in store, servicing multiple people with asmile. It?s never a negative for me to wait - as it?s out of her control. I dont usually let reviews about my groceries experiences but I was so satisfied by the service I got at Juice Press Colombus... Av. I went on the store yesterday for the first time to get my TGTG order. The young lady who served me was LOVELY - verycareful, taking the time to present me the products and the store. Besides having a great customer experience, the products aredelicious. For sure I'll come back to do my groceries !!! Read more
I am sorry but if I pay 15$ for a smoothie I don't expect it to be so watered down that has no flavor whatsoever. I am really... curious the company to answer me what % of the smoothie is ice? Must be at least half of it. Used to like the blue magic butdon't think it's worth it anymore. I guess if you want quality make it yourself at home because this this trend to waterdownthings is not happening just here unfortunately. Read more
Most times I have a very good experience here.. Though there are a few times they will be out of the ingredients I enjoy in my... shake. Also, would be nice if they had a phone number to contact them to verify if these things are in stock before I walk up tothe location. The Staff is quite friendly and they do know exactly what I want when I go in. I do enjoy this location a lot andwill continue to promote the store. Read more

Terrible place, I asked for my change and they accused me of not paying. The stuff working in there, need to stop texting and... playing with theyre fun. I also asked to check the camera for the false accusations and they refused to check. Read more
