Checked out the new Times Square location after an the hype about being best fried chicken chain. Expect a long wait, at least... 30 mins+ to get your food and there's always a line. Some people are getting hangry cuz of the wait lol there's limited seatingso have someone grab a seat while you're on line or waiting to get your food. Ordered the Fried chicken, jolly spaghetti andmango peach pie. Fried chicken was delicious and the spaghetti was good too, sweet tomato sauce and bits of hot dog lol and thepie was just okay, it was crunchy and deep fried as well, but thought the filing would be more tart. Check it out if you're inthe area and have time to spare! Read more

Very overwhelming options but I got the chicken joy bucket treats for $32.99 which comes with 6 PC chicken (I got spicy), 3... pies, and spaghetti. For the amount of food I got it was SO WORTH. The chicken is absolutely delicious, tender, juicy, and wellseasoned on its own. It comes with a small pint of gravy that's a bit thinner than your Thanksgiving gravy but pairs with thefried chicken beautifully. We got the spicy chicken and I did not think it had an ounce of spicy in it. The spaghetti lookedquestionable and doubtful. In our minds we found it fascinating jolinee sold pasta for a chicken shop. It was DECLIOUS. I don'teven like red sauce but it was on the slightly sweeter side and a bit tangy. It's got sausage pieces too and ground meat. I loveit! I highly reco.mend trying. The pies I'd pass next time. It's sweet center and crispy fried outside. The peach Mango issweeter than banana. It reminds me of McDonald's apple pies and it's not for me. This location is busy, got some seating in theback, and had a security up front when I visited. Service is super nice and everyones so happy and helpful. I will definitely goagain. Read more

Lined up around 1:30 PM for a Take-Away order at the Times Square location. The employee taking orders via tablet while... customers were waiting in line was helpful and made the whole process go by quickly. I was in and out of the place in under tenminutes with my order: -6 Pc Chickenjoy Bucket: 6 Pieces (3 legs, 3 thighs) of the signature crispy juicy bone-in fried chicken.Served with a side of gravy for dipping. Choose from regular and spicy. -Jolly Spaghetti: Unique spaghetti topped withJollibee?s signature sweet-style sauce, loaded with chunky slices of savory ham, ground meat, and hotdog. -Side of Adobo Rice:Rice with a special blend of soy and seasonings (contains pork). -Peach Mango Pie: Sweet and flaky Peach Mango Pie made withreal Philippine mangoes. I was pleased to find out there was a buy one get one deal while placing the order. I commuted bysubway back home (about fifteen minutes) to enjoy a little bit of everything before heading out again. The flavors and texturesof the food were good but nothing to run on about. Upon coming back home, I took the remaining food out of the refrigerator andair fried the items separately according to their respective reheating instructions listed on the Jolibee website. The foodstill tasted as good as when I had it earlier for lunch. I wanted to change things up a bit so I added splashes of hot sauce tohave with the chicken. I heard the Joillibee biscuits are very tasty so I?ll have to remember to order those during my nextvisit. Although, I did not see them listed anywhere online or on the menus inside the location so maybe they?re a secretitem. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend friends to try it at least once in their lives. This location waspacked during lunch rush. There is limited seating in the front and back of the space. Hopefully, that won?t cause too much ofan issue for the business. Read more

Very busy location, wait inline about 30 min, hard to find a place to seat.ill try in the future other location.chicken was... good, I think better for a inch to popeye, on the other hand, the chicken sandwich is not even close to popeye we try the peach-mango pie desert, was good, worth the 4 bucks? I don't know, may be not.they don't sell water on bottles or sparkling water(warning on that) or fountain soda or some pineapple sugary stuff.overall is no for me, but maybe I change if a visit otherlocation. Super busy, super fast! They forgot our spaghetti and we were already in our room when we realized it. Too bad. The chicken was... good but those Peach/Mango pies were the BEST! The pineapple drink was delicious too. Read more
