LOVE. First time here and I can't believe I haven't been here more often. We were worried that since there were no reservations... there would be a wait but we went 5:30pm on a Wednesday and got in immediately. Others were waiting in line when we leftthough. MUST TRY: soup dumplings (we had the pork) and the scallion pancakes to start. Amazing. I could go there and just eatsoup dumplings. Then we got a variety of noodles and fried rice. Delicious crab soup dumplings, the soup is very flavourful and fragrant! They were served nice and hot, in the bamboo steamer... with a lid on top to keep the dumpling hot and helped prevented the dumpling skin from drying out. The place looks to berecently renovated since it looked much better than the older pics of the place. The decor is very modern. I would definitelyreturn for more crab soup dumplings the next time I'm in New York! Read more
