Coffee was good but the employees were behaving like highschool boys, clueless about their job. They were standing around in a... group while everyone was waiting. The Barista stopped brewing our cappucino half way through to go and take an order (which isntgreat for taste). From entering till we left with our coffees we spent 25 minutes. Read more
I came into the store >30 minutes before closing on 8/17. As soon as I walked up to the cash register, the 2 employees stared at... me and immediately cleared the counters and shut off the grill. I didn?t think much of it until, when they finally acknowledgedme and I ordered a sandwich, the male employee told me they just shut the grills of for the night and couldn?t serve me. Iunderstand wanting to get ahead of closing duties at the end of the night, but not being able to order >30 minutes beforehand isa little frustrating. Can you update your hours of operation online so people know not to expect service after 8:30? Read more
Their service is simply inconsistent, though the coffee is quite good. On this occasion, not only were no espresso drinks... available, but neither was another item I wanted to order. I made a complaint via the app, and no-one has contacted me yet,despite their claims of welcoming customer feedback. Read more
We walked in to get some food and approached the counter. It took the staff about two minutes to notice and acknowledge us.... (they were busy preparing delivery orders, because, you know, who the heck walks in to order food nowadays?!) We walked outwith two (lukewarm at best) sandwiches, two juices and $40,- lighter. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable about the menu which was great since it was my first time there. The shakes were... pretty tasty as well. The sandwiches were a bummer. Wasn't expecting it to be cold and on a very flat piece of bread. Wouldprobably only come back for the shake if I was in the area. Read more

We stood at the front of the line at this location for 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged. We left without... ordering. This type of service is endemic for Joe and the Juice broadly. It takes a long time to be served and an even longertime to have your order ready. The whole ordeal can be 20-30 minutes with the staff completely forgetting your order and notmaking it until they are reminded of it. Something feels broken in how this franchise manages its volume of deliveries, instore pickup, and drop ins. The foods take way too long to prepare. Joe and the Juice needs a leadership change. It is nolonger a performance culture. Read more
