Disgusting. I was so disappointed in how we were treated and the abysmal quality of the food. We discovered that the avocado... toast was rotten on the inside, inedible. Our mother has a medical condition that makes her sensitive to sound. We asked if itwere possible to lower the music for a short duration. They refused. We used to come to this location on occasion, but afterthis last experience we will stay far away. Read more

Very unpleasant experience. It took a very long time to receive our drinks even though the restaurant was empty and there were... many waitstaff. Also, the iced green tea latte I received was really bad. It was not even sweet and tasted like water. Thewaitresses attitude was poor and need to be educated. Please provide proper service as you are paying for it. Worst drink andtime I have ever had that I would like a refund. Read more
I love Joe & the Juice normally but I had a terrible experience. I got the Green Gains smoothie and it tasted like it was... missing a key ingredient that adds flavor like the coconut and cashew drink because there was zero taste. It would of been fineif the staff weren't so cold and non apologetic. One of the girls I guess heard me but then just continued making a smoothiefor someone else and when I asked her if she was going to help me she said no and said instead was just going to continue whatshe was doing!! Whaaaaaat. I am so baffled by the lack of customer service. The guy who they said was the manager was visiblyangry that I didn't like my drink. You would think that if you're paying $12 for a smoothie it's going to taste good. Right? Hetold me the reason it tasted bad was that it was Vegan. Ummmmm. That shouldn't mean it has no flavor. They eventually replacedit with a different one that was chocolatey so of course it tasted good. But I felt the passive aggression in the drink since itwas WARM. Yum, can't wait! (sarcasm). What a terrible experience overall. After spending two hours in a government buildingwaiting to be seen it's just the cherry on the poopie flavored sundae. Employees are pretty rude. They won?t greet you or take your order, so I proceeded to download the app while in the store and... order from there. I walked outside to wait because the atmosphere inside is made so uncomfortable and unwelcoming by theemployees. When I came back in, they still had not started the drinks. I stood at the counter trying to get their attention andsaid ?excuse me? and they proceeded to ignore me for several more minutes before I said ?excuse me? in a louder tone and wasfinally allowed to inquire about the drinks. Note. This review is not for the juice. Just for coffee. This place shall Call juice & juice as coffee really bad. Ordered an... latte it is so watery really it is not latte. It is loud. I had a decent experience at this location of Joe & The Juice! The staff were perfectly nice and our drinks were made in a... timely manner. I got a small PSL with oat milk & it was delicious. However, we also got a matcha latte with oat milk and myfriend (who ordered this item) had said that it tasted ?like grass,? after she tried it. I have to drop a star on this reviewfor that, she said the drink was not palatable and she couldn?t continue drinking it. Otherwise, this location is superconvenient.
