A long wait and I had to ask several times about my order. No sanitizer. I asked and they told me to use a restroom but there... were no way to dry my hands (no paper powers or other way to dry). The space itself is nice to sit at with a laptop but theservice and bathrooms are not great Read more
I?m visiting New York and my sister told me that she went to the branch in UK, so I had to try it. I got the most refreshing... juice!!! I think it was Go something.. I don?t remember lol but it was cucumber, pineapple, and ginger and apples.. YUM! I wishI had time to try other items.. maybe next time I visit. Read more

Fantastic. First I was able to use their app to order. There is a 50%off special today! Staff was so friendly & welcoming. ... Covid 19 protocols all in place. My latte & tuna sandwich were delicious! This location has indoor ( app orders customers only)& outdoor seating, so I sat inside. Can I also just say, their background music is so fun & uplifting. Perfect coffee houseselections: Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, wife variety of styles & singers. All in all, a wonderful experience, especially inthese days & times of such stress & uncertainty. Joe & The Juice on Broadway has the best juices and, like all other Danish companies, the quality of the food is top notch and... the decor of the shop is great. Besides clear vision and sports juice we ordered avocado sandwichs and it all tasted reallygood. Friendly staff. Read more
I have been wanting to try this coffee shop ever since they opened but I have not had the chance until last week. I went in... around 4PM on Thursday and ordered a cup of black coffee. The cashier was not very pleasant and was too busy talking to hercoworker and giving me orders on where to place my debit card, she then gave me my coffee as I was paying which was verysurprising to me. I said wow, at least they serve fast but then I tried it and it was room temperature. My excitement about theplace completely disappeared. It was a very disappointing experience. Read more
If you enjoy bad attitude, this is your place. No eye contact from the staff serving me, no friendliness, no warmth, no "thank... you". Poorly organized - after ordering, no clear sense of where to wait for your order. You are intermingling with otherswaiting to place an order. I was there at a not very busy time. After I placed my order and was waiting, two other customersarrived and waited for over five minutes for any staff to acknowledge them and take their orders. One of the customers tired ofwaiting and left. Not good for business, I would say. If the staff were different, I could then recommend the place. But solelydue to the bad attitude and poor customer service, I can only recommend steering clear of this location. Read more
