Busy New Yorkers Do not go here. I ordered mobil order for pick up by that time it was not busy at all. But I waited for my... drink but it never be ready. I generally like this place but my drink is an iced matcha latte with oatmilk. After paying almost $7 for my drink I basically... got a glass of green oatmilk. Very little matcha. Zero matcha flavor. Their recipe needs to be adjusted. Won?t be going back. Read more

Probably the worst location ever. Wish I could post with no Stars. Disorganized and Messy. Not sure what happened but use to... enjoy coming here. Ordered a simple sandwich and juice. waited waited waited. 3 ladies behind me, guess what they got thereorders first. When I approached the individual who took my order (too busy taking selfies and too busy texting on his phone), heasked his colleagues and they all looked puzzled. In any case my juice was on the counter and he had no issue telling me that itwas there for some time. Well how would I know, no one said anything. Secondly he rushed to get my sandwich, droppingingredients on the floor. Got to office and upon opening the sandwich was a soggy mess. Will never go there again. Read more
Had a sandwich here. It was very healthy. Even the bread comes thin and crunchy. Chicken filling was very shredded though. Some... of it fell on the floor. And maybe helps explain a bit why the tables and floors are a bit too dirty. The place is small so ifthere are a few customers it?s possible some will have to consume their orders standing by the tall table.. Service wasn?t bad,but also wasn?t memorable. Poor customer service, I am the only one in the store waiting to take my order, and the lady sees me just standing there for ten... minutes. Whenever she decides that she is through ignoring me, she then asks why I am just standing around. Ugh, I tell her I amwaiting for you to take my order. Then she asked me. Oh, is this pickup? I tell her no, I am trying to place an order. Like whyis this not the first thing that you ask a customer? It's common sense as she fixes my order; she asked if I wanted my muffin ina tissue or a box. Why would you not just put it in a box? It's an order, so I just told her to put it's not a big deal. Thenwhen my coffee was ready, she placed it near the tip jar, and as I reached for my coffee, she took away the tip jar super fastas if I was going to steal from the tip jar. I have plenty of money and education. I have no reason to steal anything fromanyone, any other Joe the Juice I have been to. They have always been professional.
