We stopped in here after a show because everything else was closed on a Sunday night. This has a casual pub feeling with a cool... broadway vibe. The service was friendly and very helpful with good recommendations. The drinks were well done and thepresentation was thoughtful. The guacamole has a different spin on it but still had a good flavor. The steak and fries were goodtoo. Over all it was a nice experience and had an affordable price point too. Read more

What a great place! Highly recommend to everyone, but especially those in the area for a Broadway play. My friends recommended me Joe Allen that it is a place I must visit. I had the pan roasted sole with mashed potato and cesar... salad. It was amazing! I highly recommend Joe Allen. It is a perfect place to have a dinner before or after a broadway show. Ohand the service is great too! Read more

My daughter and I went here before seeing HadesTown. This is our first time to NYC. We both had the New York strip steak for our... entree & the hot fudge cake for dessert. The whole meal was wonderful and our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere is cozyand we loved the posters of Broadway flops on the walls. Lovely place, service was fantastic (our server was amazing!) and the atmosphere post show was great. They checked before our... reservation whether we were coming after a show, which I thought was a nice touch. My only niggle was lack of choice for myselfon the menu. OH chose steak but I just wanted something light as it was nearly 10pm so ended up with a salad...which was OK butpricy for what it was. Small bites would have been appreciated. Read more
