I went there last week. I didn't know what time they closed. When I went to the counter, the clerk ignored me. Obviously she... know where we are. If it's already closed, I should have said something, but she kept ignoring me. What a rude person she is! If the coffee shop in the hotel is like this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was really pleased with the location and the coffee. I also love that they had vegan treats, which I enjoyed. The staff was... really nice and it didn?t take long. Outdoor area is great, even set up with places to plug in for tech which is very nice! Thisis apart of the Roxy hotel and bathrooms are located inside, downstairs. Really cool hotel, dark lighting but clean and quiet. Read more
Positive experience. I got an iced mocha and was pleased with it. Creamy and kept me caffeinated. Nothing super exceptional but... service is prompt, relatively clean, reasonable prices, and I liked the coffee. 4 stars. Read more
good coffee shop, don?t get the honey macchiato though. extremely small cup, and all the honey sits at the bottom of a bitter... and underwhelming coffee. even the hot cocoa is average. Read more
Very amazing place with very amazing coffee. I?ve never heard of it before and went in just because walked by and was thirsty.... The I e coffee was strong and very tasty. The place itself is huge and even has a cinema theater on level -1. Really cool place,very recommended to all coffee lovers. Read more
